Pricing
Initial Consultation
An initial consultation is a fact-finding mission.
Your first meeting with one of our lawyers is referred to as a consultation. We need you to tell us the whole story to give you the answers you’re looking for. You have questions for us and we will have questions for you, which cannot be accomplished in a five minute phone call. The consultation is a one-time meeting averaging one to two hours.
During your consultation, the attorney will ask about the issues in your case and discuss the merits of the actions and the various ways you can proceed. You will decide if you want to work with the attorney and the attorney will let you know whether he/she is willing to take your case.
